Hilary's supply chain experience includes many different industries across the world. She is a firm believer that the process of bringing in raw materials, making something with them and then selling them is similar regardless if you are making electrical components in Taiwan, bicycles in Amsterdam, or food in Phoenix. The process includes understanding your business, consolidating your vendors, leveraging your spend, negotiating contracts and then closing the loop by auditing your purchases.
She has a degree in American Studies from Colby College in Waterville, ME. Her experience comes from developing a world-wide supply chain in the semiconductor industry for Kinetics, managing Fortune500 customers for Grainger Industrial Supply, and 10 years of experience consulting with domestic and international restaurant and concession companies through her own company, HPA Consulting LLC.
Meghan Seremak is an analytics pro. She works to manage contract expirations and performs monthly audits of distributors to ensure all pricing at the customer level is accurate. She monitors market pricing trends and provides critical inputs to the negotiation process.
Carolina Shannon is a quality control and logistics pro. Her experience as a program manager helps our customers with process mapping, scheduling and logistics.
She is bilingual and has a MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources from Universidad Hispanoamerica, San Jose, Costa Rica.
